Fuzzish Ltd (“Fuzzish”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use the Fuzzish platform, including our mobile application, website, and related services (the “Platform”).

Fuzzish Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed in jurisdictions with data protection standards that may differ from those in your country of residence.

7. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on secure, encrypted systems.
We implement technical and organisational measures to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for platform operation and legal compliance.
Inactive accounts may be deleted after two (2) years.
Certain data may be retained longer for legal, security, or backup purposes.

Fuzzish is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Accounts found to violate this will be removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
