1. Introduction
Welcome to Fuzzish ("Platform," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
access and use of Fuzzish, a music platform. By using Fuzzish, you agree to these
Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Fuzzish.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
- By using Fuzzish, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded content (music, images, videos).
- By uploading content, you grant Fuzzish a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store,
distribute, and display your content for platform functionality.
- You must own or have legal rights to the content you upload.
- Copyright infringement will result in content removal and possible account suspension.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Fuzzish to:
- Upload copyrighted material without permission.
- Engage in harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities.
- Misuse the platform to spread spam, malware, or violate privacy rights.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect and store music, images, videos, and general user information, including name, email, age, and location. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for content posted by users.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Fuzzish.
- To the extent permitted by law, Fuzzish Limited is not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
